Within the Monetica Pay System structure, I dealt with commercial development through the coordination of a sales force made up of distributors and agents and with the management of relations with Italian banks and banking service center, with the oil world and with industry. I also dealt with the coordination of technological partners in projects that involved the development of value-added applications and their integration with national and international electronic payment systems.

Company active in the sector of electronic payment systems, supplier in Italy and abroad of eft / pos terminals for payment by debit and credit cards.
From the beginning of the employment relationship, I was entrusted with the start-up of commercial activities on Italian customers consisting mainly of banks, banking service center and distributors and, depending on the entry and development of the company on the Italian market, I dealt the activation of strategic partnerships with distributors, the organization from of the customer support structure and the Italian technical office.
In the three-year period 2004-2007 the company became the second supplier in Italy over seven active competitors on the market, supplying 77,000 terminals. From April 2005 to June 2007 I was a member of the board of directors with responsibility for commercial affairs.

Since 1994 I was sales manager, initially coordinating the activities of two people who later became six in 1998; since 1995 I have been part of the “Group of Operations Management” together with the CEO, the General Manager and the Technical Director. The group was responsible for defining the company objectives and strategies.
In 1997 the company became the undisputed leader of the Italian market with over 55% of the market.
In 2000 the company supplied 127,000 terminals over approximately 180,000 absorbed by the Italian market.
